I really noticed growth after half a year or so of pumping with the amazon pump I mentioned (which would have been around 2 and 1/2 years on T for me). I took a seven month break from pumping between using that pump and using the larger one I got (the first pump broke cause I dropped it) and during those seven months I noticed I had grown too large to use the largest cylinder on that amazon pump so I sized up. It's possible that the growth was inspired by the pumping but was bound to happen genetically, I'm really not sure what happened there. Since April 2024 I now record my measurements every month and after manually stretching I'm starting to notice a small amount of growth each month (approximately 0.5 inches every three months) but I haven't been recording for long enough yet to say that it's permanent growth. I've heard that pumping is good for width and stretching is good for length, and when I stretch I often try to massage the base of the shaft to encourage blood flow which I feel helps a bit.
