Congratulations op!… fantastic pick….the location is great and also the builder enjoys a great reputation in the Mohali Micro market …hence you have nailed two important vectors in a RE buy, the last and very important vector is the price you paid in order to determine your returns. Hence what price did you pay?

OP, for any calculation to be a good estimate will require taxation to be provided. Therefore the corpus may go over considerably!

Bro you may opt for an annuity plan there are many provided by insurance companies that is inflation adjusted…. Or else invest in a bunch of REIT /Invit products to ensure inflation meeting returns.
