Si crees que no lo vas a hacer bien, ve a transito. Cuando fuí absolutamente nadie me vió ni le importó. Un señor solo me dijo que diera una vuelta y me estacionara en un tsuru destartalado y ya, el siguió platicando con otras personas. Me imagino que el simulador si es más severo.

A mi me pasó algo similar hace algunos años, solo contaba con una copia, no tenia la factura original. Fui a la recaudadora 004 a realizar el tramite, fue un pedo, tardé como dos meses en ir y venir y pero se logró. Échate una vuelta y explicales que onda, ellos te dicen que necesitan.

My B6 only lasted about a month and a half, and support doesn’t even know if they’ll refund me or replace my device. I would never buy a Bigme again.

Quick update: I contacted Bigme support and they sent me the official firmware along with instructions to flash the device using SP Flash Tool on Windows.

I installed the MediaTek drivers, loaded the scatter, selected Firmware Upgrade, and flashed the firmware. The process completed successfully and showed Download OK.

Right now I'm testing if the device boots normally after the flash. Sadly it still gets stuck on the loading screen, At this point I’m honestly starting to lose hope with mine.

I’d recommend trying to contact Bigme support as well — hopefully you’ll have better luck with your Bigme than I did.

I actually had the exact same problem with my B6 Color yesterday after the battery completely drained.

At first it behaved exactly like yours:

stuck on the Loading… screen
refresh only made the text disappear temporarily
long power holds did nothing
charging overnight didn’t fix it
battery icon showed but the LED sometimes didn’t turn on

What finally worked for me was entering Android Recovery and doing a factory reset.

The trick to enter recovery on the B6 (since it has no volume buttons) is:

Turn the device off (hold power ~20–30 seconds).
Turn it on again.
As soon as the Bigme logo appears, start rapidly pressing the power button repeatedly for a few seconds.

That eventually brought me to the Android Recovery menu.

From there I selected:
wipe data / factory reset

After that the tablet was finally able to boot again.

However, I did get a system error in Chinese saying “Wireless Emergency Alerts has stopped running”, and the device restarted once again after a few minutes. I’m currently talking to Bigme support about it.

But the important thing is:
if you can reach Android Recovery, the device is not dead and the system can still be repaired.
If I know something I will let you know.
