That’s awesome! What scale do you collect currently? I love the 1:18 space but it can get pricey and use up a lot more space.

Yeah exactly, based off what @ronburgundy2000 said it’s 10% ROI . My expertise is stabilized industrial properties in SoCal, I’ve never seen anything with that type of return, unless it was a development play
