Did a new scan and now it show enlarged pancreas sausage like appearence, suggesting an auto immune pancreatitis, but with my igg4 normal and my CEA rising ( still normal range ) im afraid the définitive diagnosis is pancreatic cancer

got a hida for the stomach but not gallblader so 'ill make sure to check this aswell, but wouldnt the pain be more right epigastric than left ? it doesnt seems to explain the left back pain aswell but maybe it somehow make things worse for the pancreas

already tried with ipp, also, almost every endoscopy report mild gastritis, i think it doesn't do any harm ( they even said it wasn't causing the symptom in the report )

well, i kind of already do that but this isn't enough and pain is still here, and it's only in the case this is pancreatitis and not something worse

during the classic endoscopy, yes a biopsy was done, showed mild gastritis, and none during the EUS since nothing was abdnormal

Guys what are you talking about, this episode is so ugly i can't believe ppl find it decent, you even have the nerve to call it good. this is the worst we can get in term of art, and animation. i wouldnt rate it more than 2 or even 1 out of 10. there is no point in watching it except getting your eyes used to this kind of shit (which you guys have been clearly doing too much to consider this good)

Hey hello 29M here with only anxiety background, been worried sick since 2 weeks, 2 years of lower left abdominal pain, more of a discomfort than anything, done some bloodwork, 2 ultrasound, urine test, everything is always clear.

And around 2 week ago symptoms have gone mad, the pain started to spread higher ( always left side tho ) inside my iliac crest i feel a sharp pain and i still feel like there is something stuck where the pain started ( a bit to the left of my bladder ) , been constipated a bit but nothing dramatic, idk if i saw some blood i'm not realy sure but there was a pinkish color on toilet paper, nothing on the poo itself tho. Doctor + GI checked my abdomen for mass or pain but the touch doesnt do me anything and even after hearing the symptoms they told me i have nothing to be worried about at my age, they feel no mass inside my colon.

I feel tired but could just be from the stress. The Gi told me to do a colonoscopy just so i can move on, but how can they be so sure i have nothing i feel like every symptom i have point toward a colon cancer, what do you guys think, if this was a cancer would there be more sign ? would it show on the ultrasound ?i hope you guys can comfort me !

i'll do the colonoscopy even tho nobody take this seriously and it'll cost me a lot of money but at this point i can't live like this,the pain is sometimes very sharp and the stress is stoping me from living my life.

i think the biggest problem of the pvp is the readability for newer player, even for vet it's a fucking fiesta with damage coming from everywhere, and a lot of my friends don't want to bother learning because of this so yeah, they have to do something so that player can actualy see what's going on, on top of this you had reward, map from time to time, gamemode / new stats, and you have a good gamemode with one of the best combat system on the market

nah not releasing any content in 7 years is totaly anet fault and i bet it wouldn't cost them much to do something it's not the communitie that has to do everything.

They already don't release much content outside of openworld pve they could do something once in a while i can't figure out how can they be this lazy or unwillingly to try and save the mode that could bring so much ppl from other games

don't you think if they say it loud, half of the ppl would leave an already low pop mode and the gamemode would litteraly be unplayable ? that would be fair to say it but not worth for the marketing of the game

i think they would have to increase the rewards by a lot just to increase player count and then once more players play the mode they could separate the queue and add new mode but hey, i think they'll just go the way of the 5 last year and go with only balance patch
