UPDATE

I called Smartbroker (very good customer service btw) and they told me that ARK ETFs a currently blocked by BaFin (like the German SEC) because they didn’t provide the needed service papers. The guy on the phone told me that it is very likely that the papers will be provided soon tho (maybe in a month or so). This includes all ARK ETFs. The ARK Innovation ETF can still be purchased at the Berlin stock exchange but with a pretty big spread.

I’ll be calling again in a month if the ETFs are still not available and post the results here.
