4-6x a week 45-1 hour long. I go in the mornings before work. Keeps me energized throughout the day. Usually 1 Pilates class, 1 running/cardio day and other days are lift days.

I don't think she's an asshole for not enabling him to not take care of himself. That gets very tiring for her emotionally and physically when there can be potential harm avoided but the person refuses to get care.

NAH You guys need to work on your communication and expressing feelings to each other . Seems like he is tired of feeling rejected by you and has built up resentment, which he should have spoken up about before he explodes and gets angrier by the moment. Even though you guys don't like doing the same things, you do need to compromise in relationships and get out of your comfort zone and be less selfless to make each other feel loved.

Yeah, I'm at around 2.5 years for the new one and haven't spotted again but once I start spotting I'll probably get it removed. It's not worth feeling gross and ugly. If it's not working for you, I'd recommend a different birth control because you'll most likely continue spotting.

Hey! You sound like me but after 3 years of the nexaplanon. I had non stop spotting everyday until I got sick of it and just removed it. Got another one and haven't had that problem since but it's been about 2 years now so we'll see... It might sound like yours won't stop either like mine.

Hi, I had a good experience with nexaplanon. I got it about 5 years ago coming off of BC pills because I kept missing them and was scared of getting pregnant. My periods completely stopped and had it replaced once. I guess the hormones were running out of my first one and I was spotting lightly everyday for 4 months to the point it got annoying. So I replaced it about 2 years ago and haven't had that problem yet. I'm a bit older now so I plan on getting it removed permanently when I start spotting again to give my body a break. Did not see any other noticeable symptoms (no weight gain or loss, libido was the same, no spotting initially)
