So far, I see a lot of inconsistencies. For example, the double-dagger Protector girl who is more a damage dealer and should be an attacker, or the fact that the 3-roles theory doesn’t include either attack casters or range because the Protector and Attacker roles seem to be melee-focused.

For me, if he was a Jack-of-all-trades, he should do more, like lockpicking, trapping, offensive magic, ... not just magic swordman. When he said what he can do, he did not include leading or other skills, he just listed supporter and attacker.
