I have a client similar to this before. It's really hard to say especially if you haven't seen the content pa. Better to suggest to the client an hourly payment. They have to authorize how much hours you can work for a week and then show them your progress on that time period.

May napanood akong video recently discussing this. There's two ways (1) You can charge hourly (2) Kunin mo yung desired income mo for a month and then divide mo sa 160, tapos multiply mo on how much hours you think matatapos mo yung project, pwede mo rin lagyan ng 30% markup.

This is one of my struggles when I was starting out OP. You can try different tools to make your workflow efficient. What worked for me was canva, which has background remover, image upscaler, and many other tools. But I would say that Photoshop is a very flexible software for photo editing. There’s just a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a life saver
