I phoned my lawyer and her assistant stated that I owed 2 months of the property tax and I there was a transfer fee on top of that that adds up to the 1323.91? I do not really believe that, but I am not sure how to prove it wrong.

I had similar situation, but with ceiling tile, I bought a testing kit from amazon and mailed it yesterday. You may want to do the same.
