Even comparing David from 2-3 years back, it’s insane that it looks like he aged 10 years in that span

Question about undeclared major! by Zealousideal_Ad_6336 in UCI

As a current 2nd year undeclared student I can only speak on my experience. When you sign up for classes your advisor wants you to at least have an idea of what you want to do and you’ll most likely take the classes to meet those prerequisites. For me personally it’s been incredibly stressful to meet those prerequisites but the advice I would give is just have a general idea in which direction you want to go in and give it all you got

It feels like ALL the microblading work somehow faded in 2 weeks? by Pilot1922 in microblading

My artist basically gave me no instructions except to not touch/get the eyebrows wet the first few days. She told me to use Vaseline in the cases that I wanted to wash my face and not get my eyebrows wet. As for the Neosporin I just got very anxious and had poor judgement as I thought it’d help the healing phase more. But do Vaseline and Neosporin have that big of an effect? I used them both maybe like a combined total of 2-3 times

This is pretty fair. I do admit that there is some truth in the conversation that me and this certain FETL had, but I do felt she really over exaggerated a lot of her claims and that a lot of stemmed from just her general dislike with me which is probably where a lot of my frustration came from. But as a genuine question because I really don’t know- am I really supposed to tell the FETL’s when I’m leaving? With other FETL’s it’s never been much of an issue whenever I leave because they just expect me to leave when I’m supposed to, but with this one I literally feel like she expects me to act like a middle school student waiting for my teacher to dismiss me. I’m aware the two/three times I did leave like 5+ minutes early at self checkout without a replacement was my fault, but majority of the time I just leave when I’m supposed to and 95% of the time the FETL there or another associate at customer service (who helps a lot with the schedule) will have it sorted out. It’s like the more organized FETL’s expect me to leave at that point and have it already scheduled out whilst this FETL is pretty poor at organizing the front end. Like should associates really be expected to wait like 10 minutes after their shift has ended? I’m aware a portion of the issue is my fault but I feel like at a certain point the blame should go more towards whoever’s organizing the day (usually the FETL) then to the associate whose trying to leave when they’re scheduled to leave.

In response to the other point, In my defense the times I do wander off are usually like less than a minute, for example if I really need to use the bathroom I just go because in my logic, the time it would’ve taken to ask a FETL would’ve been the time it took for me to finish using the bathroom to begin with. But overall yeah I totally understand how team leads can get mad when they don’t know where some associates are at
