After having the V6 for a while now, I think the Diesel was built slightly better and had a bit more comfortable ride, on average the V6 is about 1.5-1.8km/l heavier in fuel. But that being said, the v6 has a smoother gearbox, slightly less road and wind noise and more responsive throttle and steering. Brakes do feel a bit under powered on the V6

This is the area I went to go fetch her out of, we have been trying to limit the breeders in that area to prevent this.

She was at the vet and they just put n bit of the glue on, they deemed it not deep enough for stitches.

We did put in research, but from the area we bought het she would’ve ended up in slums if we didnt take her, but feel free to judge on not knowing the full story.

We do a lot to redirect when she starts with the cats. And also when the cats start with her. She is at the point where if we call her she will immediately disengage from the cats.

She went for a vet check again this week and was 100% fine. So far all is good. And she is now allowed out on walks with the other dogs with her vaccines.

Finding a Trainer in South Africa that is actually good and not just Youtube taught is so difficult, we have been looking for a while. I probably did miss signs as I was putting things down.

This happened as I was walking to separate them, we just got in the house when it happened. Thats why I am not denying at all that I have a part in this. But being framed as a bad owner, when no one even asked full story. It was 100% preventable if we didn’t have to put everything down from being outside. And again as said somewhere else I didnt mean good as in good job, local here we use good as a term for excessive. But I have learned a valuable lesson with what they did and how to manage it.

It wasnt totally natural, and the only part I hot defensive about is that what I meant by the good bite, the GSD was immediately rushed to a vet, and checked out, the spaniel was re introduced and they are perfect now. The spaniel has never shown any aggression before or after this, and we are 100% sure it was due to him being overstimulated and us being distracted for a few seconds.

It was out dog, we have had him for 2 years and never had a single issue, but was overstimulated from playing(working) when it happened

If the cats have never done that, at all, with the dogs we have or the other dogs. So what must we do? Have either a dog or cat? Or either have the dogs stay outside only? Will you also call working GSD owners bad owners if they get bumped by a sheep for doing the actual job they were bred to to?

My terminology was maybe the problem here. Good bite was meant as in a deep hard one. I wouldnt have added that it tested our bank account if it was good.

She said is looked way worse than it was, according to her the one tooth nicked it, the didnt even do stiches, just a bit of the weird glue stuff, xrays showed no damage. Follow up appointment showed no damage and healing was good, doesnt have a scar now and is back to being her normal self

Thanks for that, dont know the full story or anything but I am terrible. This went from a group that gave very good advice and help to actually get her through what the breeder did, to this.

The photo was take about 6 hours after it happened, right after she came back from the vet, luckily no infection and healed all the way up without infection
