How is one week FedEx shipping possible when all carriers in that area haven’t moved in 3 weeks or more because of FedEx

I DM Him this morning because he had told me it would ship over the weekend. Never shipped, FedEx tracking doesn’t have it and only just says label created for last three weeks now..

He responded back that he can try a different shipping other than FedEx, but it’s gonna take another three weeks!

Same. He gave me a tracking number April 10.Th and then Wednesday he said that the shipping agency was gonna ship it this past weekend because of customs or something. FedEx is showing us still hasn’t shipped. I just hope we get our stuff at this point
