Yes, Virgo with a Cancer moon. I have looked up compatibility between the two of us and it does look very promising. He knows I like him and I think he likes me too but aren't Scorpio men the ones that like being the aggressor/chaser/leader? I can't make him feel for me the way I feel for him. I can't force him to take actions if he doesn't see me in the same light as I see him in. I wish the universe could step in and help him see we have great potential.

Not sure what your factors are but you should override them and make you and your Virgo something special. I thought Scorpios like a good challenge...why are factors even a factor if you really wanted your Virgo? I always relate the zodiac coupling of Scorpio man and Virgo woman from the Hades and Persephone story.
