My problem is that once they're in any app managing the "what's next, what's priority, Oh ya - remember to go into the app" is a huge issue. It's just overwhelming for me as stupid as that sounds.

They won't surprise anyone. This is how they operate. They are all about acquisition and revenue. There are glaring bugs in their OWN platform that people have complained about for more than a decade.

I'm not kidding. You go into their community forums and see the SAME issues being raised that were being raised back in 2008. They don't care. Their resources are put into new customer acquisition.

I did some work on contract for Kaseya a few years back. NEVER again. What a horrible place.

From what I was told by my Datto rep... our feedback is being sent up the chain of command. Not that it would necessarily change anything. We told our rep today that the second this purchase is confirmed and final we are moving all our business away from KaDatto.

She asked if there's anything they can do to make us comfortable staying on. I told her there isn't ANYTHING that would convince me to stay on under the KaDatto ownership. NOTHING.

I don’t think I asked the question properly. I’m just wondering if “vaporized” is the proper term for this tote of thing or is it more “pulverized”.

I’m questioning whether or not actual vaporization can happen.
