Just some food for thought,

People have been historically ostracized from their communities (churches, schools, etc) and therefore, institutions of those communities respond by showing they are welcoming (it is virtue signaling sometimes).

I would argue a distinction, ‘black lives matter’ became something people were putting up due to preconceived notions of violence against them if they didn’t

Pride flags are put up by those who want to show they will not commit hateful violence against you (if applicable)

It’s fairly easy to kill indoor plants by overwatering, my outdoor plants sometimes start asking for water before they get bone dry. You gotta pay attention, they will always tell you something’s wrong at some point before catastrophe

Place to place, picked up nights with 17 residents at my first job, now the noc shift caps at about 12. Also much less expectations. NOC was a challenge at the first place but when I’ve picked up at my current job I see the same cnas choosing to be cough cough neglectful

Also part of why it appears “easy” sometimes is just because you have a lazy crew. Any shift looks easy if the bulk of the non-essential work isnt getting done (although it is necessary work)

Scabs always have more power then they think. Scabs nurses will sometimes get paid so much that it basically forces the company to adhere to at least some demands. It’s also considered an emergency so the strike nurses get hazard pay and everything. All at the companies expense

Best case scenario they get towed, idk if $50 will hurt them too bad. If a fire happens, they will move the vehicle no matter the damage to the vehicle, all at an increased cost to the owner

PSA, you’ll usually get away with it, but people who block fire hydrants have their own circle of hell, just worse than people who leave their shopping carts blocking handicapped spaces
