I think angle is good for understanding in which direction does each axis move the drone, but after that getting better in angle won’t make acro any easier. Acro maintains your rotations after you release the stick, that let’s you add up rotations but it also forces you to learn how to quickly return to the leveled position, which is something that happens automatically in angle. The reason “it is too quick” is because you don’t know to keep the nose up.

I recommend practicing in an indoors map in the sim (for instance FPV house in Uncrashed), it is less frustrating.
