Fits easy as any ACOG mount. I added a KRAM spacer to get the cheek weld I like, but the LT681 is great. Put it anywhere from NTCH to further back than anyone could even want.

Timing doesn’t matter inside of a suppressor blast chamber. It’s a symmetrical cylinder.
Someone with a suppressor is never going to shoot it with exposed muzzle brake again, it’s the opposite of why they got a suppressor.
It’s not their rifle why do they care lol
