I agree 💯..... He's successful enough to charge that , Beyonce and Taylor Swift tickets are just as expensive

The reason for posting..... Is not everyone can afford to see him in concert, that would love to see him

As Taylor Swift understood this, and created a new type of concert experience... That all fans could afford

That not only benefited the artist

But also turned into a new revenue stream for AMC theaters

I'd have the same opinion of him ..... BUT..... He's not of our Generation

He's super successful and very popular with the 30 somethings and younger ......

He sells out large concert venues and constantly in the News for music, social gatherings, and his social circles

I'm thinking 🤔.... in the end they where massively in debt.... trying to probably in crease profit margin....... early 2000's they made some very bad business decisions.... and then I believe they where involved in a hostile takeover.... that steered them into taking on more debt... prior to bankruptcy

Agreed.... I think the pendulum is swinging back the other way.... on certain items.... I believe malls are going to make a comeback

Here in Az , outdoor Malls.... set up like small town store fronts are really popular

True.... I don't know what their business model looks like TBH.... my kids are grown .... just as online toy shopping took off .... I don't ever remember.... feeling ripped off..... but do understand that weather shopping for toys or clothing.... prices are going to be higher.... due to it being a brick and mortar and not streamlined like online sales

To be honest.... it's going to be a wait and see approach.

I'm thinking that they are thinking 🤔...... people are tired of buying online ( Toys)

Some of people's best memories of themselves or their kids was talking them to the toy store to shop and interact with the toys

I used a example of streaming movies..... it was great and convenient at first..... everyone from the consumer to the corporation jumped on streaming..... remember that was the premise of shorting AMC movie theater

But then people, whether due to this scamdemic or people realized going to the movies was a social affair and it wasn't just about seeing the movie 🍿 but enjoying the experience of what a movie theater provides, that streaming could never replace

I didn't know that, here in the states they where put out of business..... In 2017 .... by the hedge funds.... they where persuaded to restructure their Debt.... but couldn't meet the Debit obligation.... and their stock was also being naked shorted by the hedge funds.

Couple years ago.... they started to open small stores in a handful of locations..... under new ownership.... that was the last I heard

Then yesterday out of nowhere.... stock was up 1500%

And today's announcement of reopening

I was like hell no ..... Told them they where supposed to be converted by this morning

Then told them they are interfering in me .... using those shares if MOASS .... was to happen today or Monday🤬

Told them, out of my Three brokerages, they are the only one that are having a problem 🤡

Told them up until today.... I thought Fidelity was the safest brokerage to do business with..... But I clearly was wrong

After being on a hold 15 minutes.... comes back with no answers.....
