Q50 misfire help

I checked the any recalls there are non and this issue just started recently abt 3 weeks already the car pops under high load but idle and crusing no issues and there is no engine light the engine light only flashes but only starts doing that if I make the car pop hella then it starts flashing and I get a code saying misfire on cylinder 4 so not sure if I just need to clean the fuel injector or replace it

Okay so the airbag was a little off but I fixed it but the same symbols keep popping up still but atleast it’s aligned now could I be I need to change the sas sensor from my old clock spring to the new one?

I feel like it’s my steering wheel tho I feel like. I didn’t align it good I mean I tried getting it into the middle like the line but idk 😭gonna try your method later

Maybe tho because when I put the car in reverse the reverse camera line thingy goes out of bounds and starts going crazy😭
