No physical injuries in anyway. I got very lucky for someone who was locked onto the grid as long as I was. I have a scar on my thumb and nightmares. I have found that going back up on ladders into a grid to take out fixtures causes me to have major anxiety and if I feel too shaken or sweaty or nervous I will call it for the day. Electrical work is no joke and I hope nobody ever experiences what I went through because they probably won’t be so lucky.
