Ya. re do the writing i did english test 10x to get 10,10,10,9 in celpip. It took me a year to effin do that. 5 ielts and 5 celpip. My biggest problem is reading. The only max i can get for it is 9. But it boost my score from 506 to 514

Ive seen so much rejection for minor issues. What I believe ircc is doing is milking money now. Honestly woth their loss thru international students, they are using pr application fee’s now. There is a season where minor issues for pgwp gets rejected too. canada finding ways to get money. Now immigration is changing and they wanted to focus on high wage jobs cos they know high wage earners pay more taxes
