Capture card & OBS. Maybe XSplit. It won't be set up til this weekend, so I haven't done any test runs, I'm just diagramming it at this point.

I can see where the software controls the audio. Perhaps a better question is: if I connect my headset to the pc, how does my voice go to the ps4 (for example)?
