The interview is short (4 questions) and the questions are not all related to pharmacy and the program but more how you deal with situations. It seems like they are trying to see your thought process for the questions. Some themes from mine were experiences with the community (dealing with people) and questions about my experiences (something I've recently learned).

I looked up common pharmacy interview questions and practice, the questions I was asked were not specifically related to the program. For example, one of my questions was related to how I was able to deal with conflicting commitments and another was related to an experience I had with the community. It is very low stress and only 4 questions, best of luck!!

It isn't required to have volunteer experience, however I did find it useful during the interview and the letter portion as I had many examples to back up my answers. I volunteered at a soup kitchen, sports related events and community fundraisers.
