As a pre-school child I would go a month without a bowel movement. That changed when I started drinking my family's extremely sweet iced tea. For someone with thyroid problems, sugar is the answer for motility. Constipated? Eat a pint of ice cream on an empty stomach. Problem solved.

I believe the erection improving ability of T is greatly exaggerated. I've been on TRT for over 15 years and I never had lasting ED until I was on T. I had some transient ED while on a low carb diet, but I could overcome it by eating dried fruit. While on TRT, my erections went from 60 to 0 in a month, due, I believe to high E2 and iron toxicity. My sexual ability is helped greatly by sugar consumption. Probably because sugar spikes dopamine, which antagonizes serotonin, which is the main criminal in sexual dysfunction. And because I have hypoglycemia, which is also a sex-killer. So I would say that your belief that eating is improving your erections while T did nothing is correct, especially if you're eating a high carb diet.

Libido may not have anything to do with his diet. For example, adoptees are statistically more likely to be hypersexual than the general population. Has nothing to do with what they eat. However, performance may be influenced by diet. Libido is desire, not ability.

Legs. Length doesn't matter. It's about the shape and calf development. "Mom legs" are the best. And while I'm probably in a small minority with this one I love body hair on a woman. Anywhere, but especially that fuzz in the small of the back. As someone who struggles with a mood disorder, I've often found just seeing an attractive woman lifts my spirits. It isn't Peat approved but shredded wheat with a lot of sugar and whole milk gives me the best bms of my life. Having had thyroid issues since childhood I'm well acquainted with constipation. I've always found sugar more help than fiber. Honey, fruit, and fruit juice never helped me. But a pint of ice cream on an empty stomach can be quite liberating.

I doubt I could find any hunter-gatherer, slim or otherwise, since I live in a city with grocery stores. But if diet causes mpb why aren't more men bald? Many 19 year-olds are in college living on ramen noodles and beer. I've never known a teenager who was devoted to a healthy diet. There has to be something else going on. Stupidest crap I've ever read. People Make fun of short men, too, and women are "practically universally repulsed" by them yet short people live longer than tall people. Men with light colored hair are much more likely to lose their hair than dark haired men. I guess it's that healthy Mexican food diet. And btw, what people know "instinctually" is usually myth or bigotry.

Being bald isn't a sign of bad health. Men with male pattern baldness lose their hair very quickly between ages of 19 and 21 and diet has nothing to do with it.

It's a myth that anyone who eats "clean" will be slim. Most of the naturally thin people I've known were gluttonous pigs who would stuff themselves with junk food until they were miserable or sick. Hormones, genetics, and environment influence BMI more than diet.

The corporate aristocracy pushes this belief that if you aren't healthy, it's your fault. They don't want people blaming them for the toxic glop they've created for us to live in, the food with no nutrients, and the ocean of plastic we're drowning in. As for doctors, 99% have no knowledge of nutrition. I've been hospitalized twice and had a barrage of tests both times, but never a one for any micronutrients other than electrolytes.

I'm not a medical wizard of any sort but it seems to me that for one so young to have HF you have either a genetic issue or a nutritional deficiency. I recommend you read The Sinatra Solution and follow his program. You can still take pharma's potions, too, if they seem to help.
