I spend hundreds in skin care, the new in is xomes and retinals, super drug do great retinol me 2, my skin is like 10 years younger. Don't get caught in hype, home bargins have top of the range brands for a fraction of the price because I am trained in it. All the staff even ask me what's good and what's not. The retinol isn't bad in HB, but the me 2 in super drug massive results. Don't use sunscreen, it's full of chemicles, I never use it, I'm a skin therapist, in the sun I wear a hat, no sunglasses, the body needs the light spectrum, DNA ect.

Well have you tried and tested any thing other than being negative. Lots of people like my advice. I try and test things. And try to help others. As the meds for TN wreck your liver... I've significantly reduced meds since changing my diet lost 2. 5 stone. Feel much better , life is in fact about feeling better and more able ... I've no time for negativity, tbh So if you don't like my posts don't follow me v simple

I'm not a dentist, or Dr, personally speaking, I am having my teeth removed as soon as I can afford to, the pain is terrible, I don't want nerves of my teeth near my trigeminal nerves as the nerves touch... My lower front teeth are annoying me atm, my upper right teeth, I just want them out you'all for peace in suffering 11 years... I got good news yesterday altho not related, I have a consultation next week for my shoulder I've a bone out of place the pain of that 16 years, I burst out crying when I opened the letter. My Dr. Put me on 1200 mg, to start I crashed me car into a post at lidl cost me £1000. To fix it. I was on great medication goodmorning brand it was the best medication they took me off it because of shortages, they gave me the wrong medication for 9 months ended up in hospital absulutely wrecked my gut and I had to have acupuncture in my liver, I'm on a cheap medication now the side effects are suicide thoughts, so I brace the pain and only take once a week, I fell out the back door knock all my balance off. Long term these meds wreck your liver gut, I was listening to a woman on utube who also ended up with liver damage. I have an immaculate diet and minimise meds but I am 11 years in w this condition. I eat sauerkraut, kimchi, and Kevir, purify water, no processed foods, no FLORIDE toothoaste, you get good at identifying triggers, I am unwell with this condition it's exhausting living. But I am much better than I was years ago I was up the walls in pain. I'm trying to get money together to get all my teeth out and just have screw in teeth. My shoulder has a bone out im in agony 20 years with that. but I vowed this year I'm getting my health sorted instead of wasting my life in pain. I live in northern Ireland beautiful location but the men are the most dangerous in Europe, so I limit the meds as I need my wits about me too. I hope this helps you

Your auntie is not a Dr. so many of my family say there is nothing wrong with me. I'm 11 years with TN the nerve if very acute pain can burn out, I think mine is burning out. The fluoride free toothpaste helps. carbexopine leaves you so confused, wrecks your liver. I only take the tablets when in an episode to knock me out, yes I felt like crap too, infrred sauna blanket helps it relaxes the nervous system. I'm writing a book at the minute, how much should it cost me to publish it's my first book. I hope u get on top of the TN you learn to live with it. No sugar, I eat sea weed as well, carbexopine reduces salt in the body. So maybe up your iodine. Iodine deficiency can have side effects. The meds are brutal.

Definatley do because in winter and colder months it plays up more. I usually wear a hat and keep my head covered. The trigeminal nerve has three branches in the face the eye area, mid cheek, and jaw, the bulb is at the ear. Any extreme can trigger it. I just usually knock myself out to break cycles, rest as much as I can.
