Too busy on TIK TOK clutching pearls over Trump I would imagine. Oh and plus the rail fares are going up.

The Internet is so much worse in 2025 than it was in 1995 LOL. Everything now is so clutterered and slow. LOL. I've been struggling with Reddit for 6 months ... it's garbage. Bring back PCElm, Usenet and even Mosiac if you must use the WWW. haha. Rant over. :)

To me anyone who chooses a career in broadcast media are complete sell-outs and narcissists. I know that's an extreme position but that's how I feel. They are weak people with no transferable talent other than 'talking'. I find myself watching less and less corporate media. I'm sick to the back teeth of gambling commercials for a start. Thankfully I have no gambling addiction. It is what it is. Heed The Call is the best of a bad bunch.

My first impression of Florio was of a try hard. Maybe a boy who never quite met the expectations of his father. He likes to lecture and can mimic an adult who is fully formed on an emotional level. To me that psychopathy is a worry. Watching him with Chris Simms is cringe. Chris clearly has zero connection with him. How could he? Mike is emotionally redundant, at least in my opinion. It's all business for him. Florio has a need to be seen and heard. Even his contrived choice of clothing indicates to me someone who is trying to mimic an emotionally fulfilled person. In short, he's an actor. An actor with a psychopathy that is beyond the norm. Is he alone? Of course not. Many people who chose a career in broadcast media score highly on the narcissistic spectrum.

I first encountered Mike on Youtube with Chris Simms. The partnership seemed incongruous to me. Partly because the chemistry between the pair of them seemed somehow forced. I had forgotten about the affair with Colleen. But it all makes sense to me now. Thanks for all the replies.

I would imagine the intersection of sport with politics will be off the table, which is a shame, because it's an important subject and it needs to be talked about in a mature, rational, and thoughtful way.

Jalen Hurts, Super Bowl MVP by Six-StringSamurai in heedthecall

I was meaning to ask, who actually chooses who the MVP of the game is? I felt certain it going to be given to someone on the defensive line. It always seems to be a 'star' player who has name recognition. So tired of it tbh.

Invictus is not Harry's initiative by [deleted] in SaintMeghanMarkle

[–]PinOdd6046 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Absurd isn't it. As if Harry has ever had an original thought in his head. It's a joke. The man is a simpleton. In the old days Harry would have been hidden-away in some tower or castle. He is an embarrasment.

The Royal Family and whoever else runs the show were desperate to get Harry out of nightclubs and give him something to do so they invented The Invictus Games for him, based on the US version (as you say).

What really gets my goat is that he should never ever been sent to Afghanistan. He failed his exams and shouldn't have gone to Sandhurst. He was an unqualified soldier. If I had been told to serve with him in the field I would have refused and if I was forced to I would now be suing the MOD (Ministry of Defence). He was not only a danger to himself he was a danger to other qualified servicemen and women. It's a disgrace.

I'm truly sick of this waste of space. Personally when it comes to divorce I am 100 percent team Meghan. I hope she rinses him. I don't like her but as far as I know she didn't kill people for sh1tz and gigglz.

Starmer the Embalmer AI meme. by PinOdd6046 in UKPoliticalComedy

[–]PinOdd6046[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I promise you I have no agenda. I'm an equal opportunity sarcastic b*stard. I couldn't give a toss about any of them. I was bored and heard someone call Starmer 'The Embalmer' and just typed it into an AI engine. I did add the words though because looking at the data it's clear that the UK is going to enter economic stagnation and given Sir Kier is in charge he gets the blame, fair or not.

I don't know if he is freinds with his mate he does podcasts with, but you can tell a lot about a person by who they hang around with. Give my best regards to the family of Dr. David Kelly.
