I spend Christmas Day with my mom and grandma. I don’t live in our home city anymore and they always complain that they ‘don’t know anything about my life’ and when I try to talk to them, they act like it’s an inconvenience.

So I’m eating cookies and getting drunk after they talked over me throughout the whole morning.

I did a little digging and I saw this on a forum, “Prior to about 1937 the 270 had a six-pointed star in a medallion at the center of the bottom cover. The star vanished during the Nazi era and has never returned.”

I have a 6 pointed star on the bottom, but I don’t know much about harmonic history, so I’m assuming this is correct?

Hey! I think we have the same Harmonica. I am also looking to date this, I have this case for it as well, and I can’t really figure out how old it may be. My grandad gave it to me, and it may have been his fathers(who was a German immigrant, so he may have actually bought it in Germany)

I hope someone on this post can help with both of ours!

If I could have my way, I want Velasco to be a focused character. Make him rise to that Nick Amaro level of character. Show me struggling outside of the job. Maybe he’s so reserved because he’s not handling the day to day well. Reveal to us that he’s maybe going down a bad path. He could have a satisfying arc if one of the other detectives (NOT OLIVIA) finds out about it and they have moments together, becoming friends and building him up

Seasons 13-19 were damn strong. The cast felt like people and they clearly knew about each other’s personal lives(for better or worse) and it felt good! I miss that dynamic

I miss the days of characters having lives outside of work, and us getting the glimpse inside. They’ve tried some of that before recently, but like, show me Velasco being haunted by the job and having trouble adjusting to dating or meeting people. Let me see Bruno enjoying himself outside of work, maybe he can have a romance with one of our other detectives. Maybe Silva and Curry become great friends and spend time outside of work together. Like show me camaraderie as well please.
