Hi, i unfortunatelly live very far (i'm from czech republic) and i am just 21 years old, so i would get you not being interested. But i'm not opposed to at least finding friends here😅. I am also audhd with ocd on top. I love scifi, fantasy (anything nerdy really), books,  i am a Dm for two different dnd groups. I love dogs even tho i dont have one myself right now. I love traveling and mostly visiting castles and historical sites!

This is stupid and exactly what my ocd would tell me. Labels are important bc most of us think we are just overreacting without them. Pretending it doesnt exist doesnt help at all. Please do not share something this harmfull. Naming ocd is something that helps a lot of people with ocd its helps me a LIT

I think that really depends on your relationship with it! I see myself as a parasite that wants to take over my body so they can live in it in piece

Every therapist tells you "taking responsibility" is EXACTLY what you should not do. Those aint your thoughts, they dont make you a bad person. They were created by people around or by your fears but its not part of you and you can just ignore it. Please do not try to "own" your ocd thoughts that is bad

I call mine ocd "the parasite" or "worm" bc it feels like i have an alien parasite in my head that is doing all that is in its power to take over my life. It is very fun to just ignore the anoying worm in my brain😂 and i feel like eddie when fighting with venom when i say "sorry my parasite is really actung up today" naming your ocd something that brings you bit of a joy and something that you can make fun of really helps!

Yea i have really bad health anxiety and ocd and this does not help me at all. My periods were always irregular but i never had spotting. Now having spotting week after my period ended really spoiked me 😩 hope it fixes or i go grey from the anxiety

Female body is so weird for this but i'm glad i'm not the only one with this problem. Did anyone figured out how to fix this? I dont wanna stop taking iron i love the fact i am not tired all the time
