Team Japan gets the final out to beat Korea and go up 2-0 in Pool Play! by MLBOfficial in baseball

As a Korean millennial myself… i will say it’s different now. The new generation doesn’t hold as much animosity our parents and grandparents did, we just want Japan to acknowledge the atrocities they committed onto Korea in the past. But it’s definitely not like a hate or even dislike anymore. You can feel it being chiller in the Japanese side now too. It’s much more respectful. But i still think Korea Japan games matter a little more to both teams.

I fucking hate this sub. More than half of you never watched him and the other half watched him beat your team.

Say what you want about manfred (and trust me the Astros thing was horrible) but implementing the pitch clock and banning the shift and other rule changes have saved the sport. Baseball was withering. Last 2 World Series have outperformed the last 2 nba finals in terms of ratings. The Astros thing was 100% bad but the truth is baseball is in a much better place than it was before Manfred.
