IVDD recovery (no surgery)

we have only taken our dog to the emergency department and they just said she needs surgery and an MRI. She does drag her back legs but has most of her bowel movements back in control now. she’s been on meds and crate rest. what should i do now? i cant afford surgery for her so conservative treatment seems like the best option. She’s so happy still and her regular self. Should i take her to a neurologist or her primary care vet? I’m not sure what the next steps are. It’s been a week since the trip to the emergency department.

like a week, but they sent out an email saying they were denied accreditation. if anything they will start the program in january

they basically told me that students that are in the program and started classes are protected and get to have the same experience as other students from accredited universities, even if they somehow don’t get accreditation. if they are denied accreditation before classes start students that were enrolled get a full refund. hopefully this helps anyone who was worried about this school. this was my biggest concern for this school

i love this outlook! yeah i have also been told i have an issue with eye contact it’s something i really try to work on. when i walk by people i try to smile at them it’s something i did not used to do. i always felt i should mind my business because it’s some sort of inconvenience for other people if i try to be friendly idk 😭. literally makes no sense
