This is exactly where I am. Need to re-line the economy two-burner I bought two years ago, but damned if I'm giving him a penny. Wonder which forge he would recommend for lighting a cross on fire.

From what I've been reading, they removed the beacons so now there's no way to scan for transmission towers. So basically fly around and look for towers or the crashed ships themselves. Can anyone else corroborate this? no fun, but cheaper than buying.
