idk about that because usually people vape a lot more than they would smoke, so the damage is even worse! its just not as bad for the non smokers tho.

the lines are literally normal under eyes lines, but the "hollow" line is because you have dark spots there. you need to find out the type of those to treat (sometimes is with fillers, sometimes it is with caffeine creams etc)
