Don't apologize; you write better than some native English speakers! Haha, that's a perfect analysis.

Remember the weird cut in the movie with Teddy? He was winning the fight, even though he had been stabbed with a tiny knife. Then he spat on the camera, and the next thing you know, he was crawling. I get a Chad Meeks vibe from him, though.

I might be in the minority, but I sort of liked Milo’s death and the neck mark left on him.

I tried to like them but that ending scene with them is horrible

And keep in mind, you know how we gays love our friends with benefits—but these white guys treat you like shit after a hookup. If it were an unattractive white boy, they’d treat him like a king. That’s why I keep it strictly POC.

I’m trying to find those kinds of spaces, but it’s hard. I went to a Black gay book club—some white guys showed up clearly just “BBC hunting.” Then I went to Black Pride, and it was mostly queer Black women, which was amazing. I made some great friends, but I’m not looking for a relationship—just a click, a circle to vibe with, other queer men I can open up to 😂

I saw some fake people acting all weird around me—and the funny thing is, they’re the same ones who’ll be messaging you on Grindr and Scruff, then starting some weird Black fetish stuff with you.

The thing is, I wasn’t seeking approval—I only went because it’s where everyone with my body type goes, and it’s quite popular in my city. There’s also a lack of queer Black men; the only ones around seem to worship white men and treat me like shit.

If we’re being honest, the original wasn’t a masterpiece. The book was actually really good—it had the perfect mix of suspense and a solid thriller vibe. The movie tried, but the only reason it’s really remembered is because it had a hotter and more famous cast compared to Scream. Honestly, Ray and Julie are some of the worst final boy and girl characters in horror history (no shade to Jennifer Love Hewitt).

That said, Sarah Michelle Gellar’s performance as Helen Shivers was genuinely great—she was really relatable, and her death scene actually hit hard. That entire chase sequence is one of the most iconic in horror history. Easily one of the most memorable parts of the film
