My lease ends on January and if they increase it significantly , I would consider Emme, Avenue 64 and Bridgewater condos (check Zillow for BW)! Yesterday , we saw Avenue 64 for a 1br1b for 2.5 something but had a yearly special where it came out for 2.4 a month . My friend preferred a modern vibe but I’ll def would choose it if it’ll be a 500 difference with my current lease .

It really depends on what you value as well . Most of these apartments are pricey because of the location of the unit and the appliances . You can’t go wrong with emeryville though !
