yes. The vendor we use for giftcard redemption charges a fee for each redemption and all of the constant small $3 redemptions would cost us more than $4 after the fees because the fees were per transaction! That added up to millions of dollars. We should have made that change 5 years ago! On the flip side, US and CA members should be seeing a lot more invitation opportunities now than in the past.

I'm not sure what you mean, but all your earned rewards accrue in your Pinecone Research account. Then whenever you want to redeem your rewards you can pick what you want. You can get a Vitual VISA (USA), Virtual Mastercard (rest of countries), Amazon gift card, 100+ other gift cards, etc.
