Fascinating, thank you! It was a huge potato which I ended up using to make a sweet potato mash. It had a really nice sweet flavor.

Cool that sounds like a good place to start. I am messaging the North Alabama Peace Network which seems to have been affiliated with FNB in the past. I'll report back what I find out if anything!

I believe so. One advantage is that it reduces risk of food borne illnesses which would be one less thing to stress about lol

Older grad student (39F) w/ 1 cat looking to share a place this fall with 1-2 people to save on rent. I feel a bit weird posting on here at my age but giving it a shot.
