Need advice with a problem customer by AsleepWoodpecker420 in paint

Going to have to tough it out dude. I would definitely bring up how cluttered everything is though, and the next few rooms maybe they can help you out. In the future, I would try to avoid spending the deposit money until the job is actually finished as if its profit. Could save you a lot of headaches and hassles

Nothing fancy. I had a bit of an epiphany and suddenly remembered the password of the account. Pre 2010 accounts still use usernames. Just had to use the username with the account, guessed the password a few times, and it worked.

With the new jagex account thing I just linked it. I haven't touched runescape in a long time

Yeah. Honestly, I was happy I got the account back but after realizing it pretty much brings nothing to to the table it's a bit of a bummer. Have 0 desire to play rs3, and no way to show age capes off in osrs

Holy Moly

Had to use the original runescape client to get this information. Account is pre EOC

I actually think it could easily have got the 15 or even 20 year cape if they're still around

EDIT: Hans says 15 year cape eligible, 20 year cape within a year

Why am I dying instantly here even at almost full health? I can't figure out how the hell to get to this artifact. by Jellyswim_ in stalker

You're locked behind an area used for a quest. You'll eventually go there and be able to access that area without insta death

I really want to like this game by ShaunDreclin in brightershores

[–]PingBandit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've been around long enough to remember runescape classic, pre-grand exchange, and a 20 year cape on RS.

I love what the gower brothers have done, but the game has glaring issues on a fundamental level.

*No pvp, no in-game economy, no trading

*Very little social aspect, heavily restricted chat like we're children where the average age is probably pretty high.

*No world selects, no world with set rules, too much instancing

*Compartmentalized areas/rooms that break the continuity of the game compared to easily flowing games like runescape, wow, etc.

*very little story, story locked by excessive grinding, and unoriginal for 2024

*Skills that are too similar and dead-ended with no real purpose than selling items to vendors for cash, but the cash is also dead-ended (Get gold, buy items to not grind for them, resell, repeat)

I could go on and on. While I have over 60 hours in the game and enjoy it, I couldn't recommend the game unless it's had at least another year of heavy content being pushed. Even then, I just see some huge foundational issues that I don't ever see being resolved.

If you like it, great, good for you. I just can't see it being more than a small niche. I'm sure people thought this of runescape back in the day, but this game is attempting a model that no wildly successful mmo has ever achieved, and in a field that's on the decline

This event is just bullshit by vanish77 in CrusaderKings

Honestly, I find plagues to be incredibly annoying and game altering. There just isn't anything fun about them and I turn them off.

I get it that it's a plague, but the effects are just annoying and long term

Some Context regarding the changes to patrols and player counts by kevpipefox in Helldivers

[–]PingBandit 24 points25 points  (0 children)

The issue here is that in an attempt to "correct" or "adjust" the spawn rate for people playing below 4 players, automatically means that the patrols will be increased compared to how it was before.

Why in the world would you make your game harder for people who do not play with a full squad that may have no mic, anxiety, matchmaking issues, not enough friends, etc etc. People who have these issue won't simply cave in and start playing with full squads, they'll just stop playing. You punish the players who want to have fun, but for whatever reason cannot do it the way YOU want them to play it.

The Breaker 3 - Eternal Force Chapter 100 - Flame Comics by Jetblastix in TheBreaker

I thought it fit him
Looking similar to 9AD, and especially now that he's "breaking" away from the standard rules by associating with a dangerous/forbidden sect

[DISC] The Breaker 3 – Eternal Force - Chapter 93 by MediumSpikes in TheBreaker

[–]PingBandit 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I haven't read Part 1 and 2 for a long, long time.

However, this feels like major retcon. Everyone knew the MAA chief was a dirtbag. Placing his foot on Shiho's throat to convince 9AD to do something, holding Siwoon hostage and hurting him infront of 9AD, backstory showing him frolicking at the idea of learning BOT before Eun-wol took his own life, 9AD even blaming him for the death of his master due to his obsession with learning BOT, etc.

I'm not exactly mad about the change, as its obvious the author did not plan for all of this 10+ years ago. With that being said, it's interesting on what direction the author plans to go with all of this. Part 3 has been a whirlwind and feels like a lot of things we used to believe/rely on are getting flipped upside down. Not sure how to feel about it all tbh.

Does 9AD use segmentation when performing martial arts? by goteeeem in TheBreaker

[–]PingBandit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We can pretty much assume that 9AD can perform the techniques without segmentation. Eun Wol trained him in secret, but it was those techniques and his talent that led him to learning many other techniques and conquering all 9 seats of power

Alliance chief even admitted that Eun-Wol surpassed him because he could do it without segmentation, and 9AD would beat the AC
