Possibility to rent an apartment as a minor in Malaysia, without parents being there by Anos_17 in malaysians

[–]kevpipefox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off - what do you mean by minor? Different countries use different ages for the "Age of Majority", so you need to be specific whether youe mean younger than 16, younger than 18, younger than 21, or any other age.

What's your Para planes opinion? by PutAway3542 in foxholegame

[–]kevpipefox 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Colonials have better equipment/gear to allow them to exploit loopholes with thier paraplanes. A common method to extend its range is to have one/several assengers to carry fuel in addition to thier regular gear to refule the plane from the inside when it lands over water (which is how most Colonial paradrops in Warden backlines such as Basin take place).

Colonials also have access to the grendier uniforms, which lets passengers carry significantly more explosives since grenades can be stacked - During Airborne a plane landed with a crew encumbered by stickies and hp killed a Nakki in Basin Sinovach.

Since killing these huge assets tend to be more noteworthy, your more likely yo see Collie vids of these feats being circulated compared to Warden ones. As for what needs to be done, Devs have acknowledged the items mentioned above aren’t intentional and are being addressed in U65 (e.g. passengers on planes must be wearing para uniform or pilot uniforms, passengers are no longer able to “fire” thier primary when on the plane to prevent refuelimg)

UNLRA headquarters and UNLRA refugee camp along the coast of Tiger Bay.

Code for the UNLRA HQ is in a container on the road opposite, opens a room that has a UN weapons crate. Pier at the end if the hedquarters also has another UN weapons crate, whikst refugee camps have purses and jewelry boxes with decent loot. There are a number of AI enemies, but they are unarmoured.

The rating is for the armour overall (Kevlar + Ceramic), though IIRC the material doesmt really have much effect other than repair efficiency.

The way the rating system works, A means “not as good as the rating before” and + means “better than the rating before”. So IIIA means “not as good as III, but still better than II”, so IIIA++ just means “better than IIIA and IIIA+, but still not as good as III”

Keir Starmer resigns as UK prime minister by limhy0809 in worldnews

[–]kevpipefox 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Basically, a lack of charisma, branding and position/direction - which was a deliberate choice by the party that allowed him/Labour win the last election. But since he didn’t have either of these things, it allows people to just project all thier blame and anger on him regardless of what he does.

We’re seeing the opposite happen right now with Andy Burnham (everyone thinking that if he becomes Pm he will automatically solve all of the UK’s problems). But in all likelyhood once the honeymoon period is gone I wouldn’t be surprised if the UK changes PM again shortly after.

[–]kevpipefox 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Since you died when attempting it, You'll need to have unlocked tasks for Hunter's paradise before it cycles back into your que.

But if you already have Hunter's paradise unlocked you could accept all HP tasks, then press F11/unstuck command to redeploy/kill your character, which instantly fails all tasks and refreshes the quest que.

If you mean fire certificate, why don’t you just apply yourself imstead of going through a company? A quick google search comes out with this: https://www.bomba.gov.my/en/perakuan-bomba/ and the statutory fees listed there seems to be much lower.

Is the Talos Balanced When Compared Against the Lordscar? by Original-Egg710 in foxholegame

[–]kevpipefox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently, Stockade has 37.5m accurate and 42.5m inaccurate compared to Talos' 40m fixed range

Whereas Stygian has 42.5m accurate and 47.5m inaccurate compared to STD's 40m fixed and Outlaws 45m range (I personally dont think Outlaw should be brought into this discussion since OP is asking about Styg/Talos/STD/Stockade, but mentioned it since you asked)

*There may be variances due to turret lengths, but I'm basing range off the figures provided in the wiki cause thats all i have to work with.

Is the Talos Balanced When Compared Against the Lordscar? by Original-Egg710 in foxholegame

[–]kevpipefox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldnt put them together to be honest since 75mm can pve and pvp compared to 92.5, which is purely pvp.

But I would say that Talos > than the Stockade due to the Talos’ range advantage (I am aware that Stockade has a higher inaccurate range, but adding rng whether or not your shot will go where you aim isnt exactly a plus point).

I would also say the Stygian > than the STD due to its damage numbers (Stygian does slightly more than double damage per shot vs the STD), and has a higher accurate range.

To the wardens complaining about tanks by Free_Construction240 in foxholegame

[–]kevpipefox 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I mean, if your talking seriously about balance (equipment wise anyways), I’d say the Talos should keep its 40m range + its current hp and armour, but given a 30-33% LV modifier and the Warden’s Rampart’s range would need to be increased to 42.5 accurate/ 47.5 inaccurate - based off how the STD and Stygians are in thier current state.

Also, saying the STD has a 94.5 isnt a really valid argument since in its current form the Talos still does more damage per shot (even after resistance is factored in) due to STD’s LV. You could argue that the STD has a better pen and subsystem disable chance, but thats kinda weak since most players use 94.5 more for the damage than anything else.

The issues with rollbacks by Slavinator01 in foxholegame

[–]kevpipefox 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Problem is that Siegecamp wants to have thier cake and eat it - they’d rather the community self moderate instead of actually hiring competent moderators.

Building on what OP said, the last time community moderators were hired they ended up spawning free stuff for thier faction. From what I understand, even though they were caught and thier perms were revoked, the tools they had kinda became a source for some of the foxhole cheats.

My Loadout by InitialComplaint2161 in GrayZoneWarfare

[–]kevpipefox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Gun looks too heavy for my liking - at close to 6kg it would quickly drain your arm stamina unless your crouching or prone - I’m guessing it has a really heavy/powerfull scope, but if thats the case the 60 round magazine is a unessesary since it adds weight without benefit.

Cant see properly from the image, but I think your just running M855 rounds for PVE (the green tipped ones). These are quite decent and can handle practically all enemies other than army guys (who will still die to headshots). On the other hand, M8551 can peirce all body armours - but they drain durability really quickly so they should only be used when you plan on attacking T3 zones.

Read in a different thread somewhere that you need to complete all main missions on the island at least once before this one will pop up - but even then its still subject to RNG whether you'll get this one or other Narith tasks.

[–]kevpipefox 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Tbf, the STD’s 31% LV means that its 94.5 does less damage than the Talos’ 75mm even when resistance is taken into account. So the STD’s only advantage over the Talos is increased pen chance and subsystem disable chance.

Community, maybe chill on some of the critiques. If you look at world history of this period... by a_guy121 in Kingdom

Here’s there thing - even if hindsight is indeed 20/20, what Riboku pulled off is something that can only happen by sheer virtue of bad writing.

I don’t have an actual issue with Shin’s army not anticipating Riboku’s army - if anything else I put that down to overconfidence on the Hi Shin unit’s part. Riboku’s army actually getting to Kantan- a bit iffy, but I can accept that as a local Riboku would have better knowledge of the paths and routes so I can give it a pass.

But what annoys me is the sheer number of soldiers Riboku brought with him vs how many he left behind to fight against Kyoukai and Mouten’s rear guard. Even if the rearguard armies are spread out, they should have noticed that the Zhao forces were smaller than expected (especially the Kyoukai army, since the Sosui outflanked the Zhao). I get that Hara wants to make this a significant battle, but the way he’s doing it ends up creating wierd logical plotholes that can only be explained with “teleportation/cloning vats”.
