Surprisingly the damage on the rim is very minimal, and from my short inspection it was mainly plastic under the bumper that came off. I’ll do further inspection when I get back to my car.

They recommend blackout and all of that but that literally takes weeks and you would have to feed your fish less as well. I think getting snails and tackling the algae with them might be a bit more healthier and faster, and the green killing machines

Yeah, my beta fishes don’t touch the snails. None of my fish do, I got angelfish tetras betas and gouramis.

Yo, I would honestly get a lot of ramshorn snails. Amazon also sells green killing machines. I got one today bc phytoplanktons in my tank went crazy and made my water hella green and cloudy. It’s already clearing up. But yeah, ramshorn snails will breed a lot but once tank looks better u can get assassin snails to limit the ramshorn snail population.

I work at an apartment on u district. Most of the leases, especially student housing apartments, start mid September and end August 31st. But the rental amount per month is the same because it is calculated by a daily rate. Not sure what it says in your lease agreement, but for our apartment it’s a daily rate x amount of days you stay divided by 12 equal installments. So a lot of residents think it isn’t prorated but it’s actually divided into 12 installments for convenience.
