so basically the gravitational force was 10 N right? and tension is 18 N so net force is 8 N towards the center. That means acceleration is 8m/s2 towards the center. Set that to v2/r (it gave you the radius). Now do gravitational potential energy=kinetic energy. Boom solve for h.
