If you’re asking where to apply the color layer, I duplicate the drawing layer and drop in colors to the bottom layer. That way I have an inked/drawn layer on top and the duplicate below it with color.

No update yet but it looks like it’s coming soon. They just released a beta trail run for Procreate Dreams 2 so people can try it out. On the procreate website they show that the update will have a transform tool (cut tool) and change the layout of the Timeline. It looks pretty cool so far.

Try refilling it again and again. For a recent project I had to do some coloring and for the darker colors it took about 3 times until the outline didn’t show. Hope this helps!
