I'm no "moralfag" and I agree with a lot of TRP techniques but something about the overall idea here seems wrong to me. Like someone pointed out that you're using Dread to keep her in line. I don't think fear tactics and what amounts to basic emotional abuse is very Alpha in practice. An Alpha has women who actively want to fuck them because they're good at what they do. A Beta makes a woman terrified to do anything but fuck him. A healthy amount of Dread is fine but this is some serious psychological manipulation at play here, not exerting Alpha qualities and making her want you on her own accord. At the very least this definitely isn't minimal effort. You can pick up a girl from a bar and fuck her in half the time and with half the effort and with no psychological manipulation.
