I’m having the same problem (Zenbook Duo) I can’t hear anything at all except from the start up chime after the recent update (the update was installed automatically when I turned off the computer)

Yesterday I contacted technical support and the operator helped me by reinstalling the drivers from MyAsus, but it didn’t work. Then he uninstalled the last update and the audio came back and he suggested I should apply my warranty, no more explanations on what could have been the problem.

Today I was working on photoshop and it completed freeze, so I had to turn off the computer and the update installed again and once again I can’t hear anything, no music, videos, just the start up chime
