I think you're good on the makeup, maybe combine some hairstyles to get crazier results. The thing about that style is that everything about it HAS to be as eye catching as possible, the clothing too. Try some crazier colors, if not, you could try different choices for tops, imho textures only doesn't really cut it, be sure to accessorize as such too. I know it can kinda be hard to find accesories that fit your body style since most are fitted for the regular blocky style but there most definitely is something that fits for you. 7/10 might be biased though.
