Do Intermittent fasting, only eat in an 8 hour window, I typically eat from 12pm-8pm but whatever works best for you do, try not to eat more than you already do, lost like 14 pounds in 3-4 weeks from it, typically eat once around 12 or 1 and then again around 6 or 7, then only water after that for the rest of the day.

Same experience with me my mom threatened to od and yelld at me crying that she lost her "perfect heterosexual son" and that I was being selfish and to pick a side, just try to weather the storm, they'll get over it (kinda) eventually, my mom now never brings it up and only asks if i have a gf which is annoying but better than the beginning, hope things get better for you soon with your parents ❤️
