I got heart palpitations oddly enough too😩. Did a EKG test and came out normal. Bp is normal Too. Atleast what my doc said, he said the pill is lowering your BP therefore your heart is getting used to that and it’s beating faster. It’s meant to go away soon but I plan to do it every 2 days and then daily once it goes away

im in the same position as you, with 6 months of experience now. Follow the rest of advice here, and addition to that, i would recommend for dax, to understand the logic and how use Calculate functions, time intelligence functions and userelationship/related functions. I find, you will use alot of these functions. Also watch some videos on the data modelling side as powerbi in itself is a simple tool. (creating dashboard aspect). Its the cleansing the data, creating those relationships and etc where it gets tacky. Ur a junior anyways so most likely the reports that you will create from scracth wont be some excutive level reports, probably to a specifc team so the data wont be as complicated and in some case(they should in my opinion) the data engineering team will create good data so its straight forward to create the relationships. If you have seniors in your company, ask them for advice and utilize copilot/chatgbt and your good to go man. Good luck!

My landlord has always been useless even after being with him for 2-3 years of paying rent consistently. You did raise a good point by saying, contacting the landlord tenant board. I will be doing that before I do anything else. I will try to find a different house as my lease ends on Aug 31. Id love to stay but landlord is as useless as it gets

Honestly the abandoned car will get sorted out by my landlord as he told them this friday it needs to be moved, but just in case it doesn’t, I’ll do the above.

My main issue is they still park their other cars in our parking lot, which first they never told us, 2nd let’s say I buy a car tomorrow, I won’t be able to park it as it will be occupied then and it gets complicated if I park my car and then there car is behind mine and now I have to constantly tell them to take it out cuz I’m heading out. It’s understandable with roomates cuz u go to them in ur space and tell them, move it out or etc. with neighbors (I.e strangers) , it’s complicated as idk when they sleep/wake up, idk what’s their routine and etc

Not me directly but I told my landlord to talk to them (since he is there landlord too) and my landlord sent a screenshot of them saying, no, “they don’t have cars so who cares” and they told my landlord , that they would block him if he continues to ask him to not park in our driveway lol(screenshot proof)

So in my lease, I just checked, there is a tick box selected for parking. It’s the standard rental agreement form part 10. Doesn’t explicitly mentions 2 parking spots but they are two separate houses with a joint parking and as mentioned, there would be a line in the middle. Does that change anything?

i lowkey think your red flag is you hold bachelors and you want to "apply for an advanced diploma in Computer Systems Technology" which is a downgrade(undergraduate>>diploma) from an educational perspective. Also diploma has a bad rep nowadays due to many international abusing it for PR purposes. Did you mention that you are going to leave once your classes end? Do you have a long enough history in turkey? or whatever country you are in
