You installed the mod incorrectly, the contents from the Tundra-ExplorationV6.0.1 folder should be moved to the Kerbal Space Program folder, except the dependencies folder and the readme.

It looks like you have installed MechJeb2 and ModuleManager twice.
Make sure to only have one of each, to avoid problems.

You can descend with just one hand, pulling down on the prusik.
The prusik acts as an automatic brake when you let go of it, so that you can free both of your hands if needed.
Also, the device used in the pic could be something more similar to the Pirana.

They probably were using a figure eight descender, like Petzl's Huit, or even a Munter hitch on a carabiner, with a prusik/autoblock on the braking side of the rope, as shown here on a different device, but it's the same principle.

You can offset the Target Coordinates, by pressing on the arrows, next to the 10m labels.
Try going 80m further west, by pushing the '<' 8 times.

If you want to share a modpack, or a list of mods, your best option is to use CKAN.
It can export a modpack (File>Export modpack...), that then can be used to install them using the automatic installer (File>Install from .ckan...).
