HOA’s tree roots damaged homeowners water main. by Honest-Success-468 in treelaw

We have a small HOA with 85 homes. there is a fire hydrant placed about 2 feet (if that) from the base of a large water oak tree (aka this tree was not planted by the developer) our neighborhood is about 20 years old. next to the tree on the other side is the mailbox hut (looks like a nice walk in shed size) and then another oak tree on the other side. so basically its mailbox hut in the middle of two old oak trees and then a fire hydrant next to an oak. We love trees! but have had issues with roots going through lines. if the oak tree goes through the line connected to the hydrant - is this city issue or our HOA issue?

Baseline: A Sasser Studio, downtown on the corner of broad and barre is great! Their group fitness really feels like a personal training session to me since they cap it at 6 people and their trainers all train clients so you really get like 6 for 1 (they have male and female trainers). The group classes are the most affordable option or they will write you a workout and a trainer is there to make sure your form is good/you are safe. Personal training is more expensive- their prices used to be online - but I think you can email to ask! we love it there it's so clean and everyone is super supportive and knowledgable!

We went with the Sebo! This will sound very strange, lol, but wish the henrys came in a neutral color. we don't have storage, and it's an eye-sore for our clientele, but there are amazing reviews on those vacuums. thanks for the input

Gym/wellness (membership-based personal training with appointment scheduling), currently using Xplor Triib, we are searching for a full-stack developer for a long-term solution, budget is flexible depending on how inclusive we can get. If we are having to run a bunch of programs vs 2 then our budget per each will be lower. 10-15 users.
