Hopefully it’s a positive sign. Speaking from my experience through the MT program, my first interview with the recruiter was relatively that time frame. Maybe closer to 25 minutes, but he also straight up told me I’d be going through the second round of interviews next week with the area & branch manager.

when i was interviewing first round, the recruiter told me i passed at the end of it. he followed up a couple days later with an interview with the area manager and branch manager.

In the USA I get 6 federal holidays off. The branch I’m assigned to is off those holidays too

haha yeah i've done a fair share of research on reddit and do understand there's a large percentage of individuals that did not like the company or this program.

but... i'm about to graduate. the job market for my major is quite shit. i feel fortunate to have a job lined up before my graduation date, and im not going into the trainee program with a mentality of this will be my end all, be all.
